Turnaround Time

All orders are printed on-demand at Media Shack LLC.* Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order process, please allow up to 2 weeks for production.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information. Please note that upgrading your shipping speed does not reduce the 2-week production time. After shipping, delivery may take an additional 2–7 business days.

Media Shack LLC* is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to UPS. If your package is delayed, please contact your local UPS office.

If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with UPS.

Printing Procedures

We strive for perfection with every order, but occasional production errors may occur.

Customers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect and report any damages or defects.
Media Shack LLC* is not liable for manufacturer inconsistencies, including (but not limited to): mislabeled garments, dye irregularities, stitching errors, rips, tears, or holes. However, these items may qualify for replacement.
Print Placement: Industry standard allows for a ½-inch placement tolerance in any direction. Variations within this tolerance are not considered misprints.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, some items may become unavailable due to supply chain issues or unexpected demand.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will fulfill and ship the available portion of your order on time.
The backordered item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
You also have the option to:
- Select an alternative item of equal value, or
- Wait for the original item to restock before the entire order ships together.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to complete your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Cancellations

All sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted.

If a cancellation is requested after an order is placed, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with any applicable charges for services already completed.

No cancellations are allowed once the order is in production or if any decoration has begun.

Return Policy

Media Shack LLC* does not offer refunds on any purchases.

If you receive a defective item, please contact colleen@mediashackfargo.com and we will make it right immediately.
